select from to another table

i have 2 tables rs_users & rs_messages
rs_users -> id & nickname
rs_messages -> sender !
rs_users should be clear
rs_messages in sender the ID of the sender is stored (not name!!!!)
now i want to display the name of sender on the messages page. my question :
how to do that in 1 query ?
