problem with 4.0.2 : safe_mode and doc_root

Hi since I've upgraded to 4.0.2 the doc_root directive doesn't seem to work anymore I haven't change anything to my apache configuration file + The error message is (when I try to access to http://192.168.0.51/toto.php3 or any other php file) ================ Warning: Unable to access /home/web/soul/www/home/web/soul/www/toto.php3 in Unknown on line 0 Warning: Failed opening '/home/web/soul/www/toto.php3' for inclusion (include_path='.:/home/web/soul/www') in Unknown on line 0 ================ The strange thing is the duplication of /home/web/soul/www + my httpd.conf ================ <VirtualHost 192.168.0.51> ServerAdmin www@192.168.0.51 DocumentRoot /home/web/soul/www ServerName 192.168.0.51 ScriptAlias /cgi-bin /home/web/soul/www/cgi-bin ErrorDocument 500 /extern/error.php3 ErrorDocument 404 /extern/error.php3 ErrorDocument 401 /extern/error.php3 ErrorDocument 403 /extern/error.php3 <IfModule mod_php4.c> php_admin_flag engine on php_admin_flag safe_mode on php_admin_flag log_errors on php_admin_value doc_root "/home/web/soul/www" php_admin_value include_path ".:/home/web/soul/www" php_admin_value user_dir "www" php_admin_value error_log "syslog" </IfModule> </VirtualHost> ================= Nothing is related to it in changelog so I am quite confused .... please cc to fxbois@free.fr thanx
