Check javascript manual for Plugin object, installed plugins are in navigator.plugins array.

Hy... Is there an way to check if an client has installed an ocx to display him another html-code as if he has the ocx not installed. Can javascript check for installed ocx and open an php-page with another parameter as when it dont find the ocx. Maybe can this be done with cookies, registry entry or ocx-request. Any Ideas how this can be done ??? The meening behind is that we have an ocx-player for scrambled files. If our player-ocx is not installed php should change the html code and show the windows-mediaplayer instead of our ocx. Thnx. Thomas alias BlackSheep
