NewB Q: email from php?

Hey All, Not asking anyone here to write me a script or anything, just after some pointers on where to start (other than php.net). What I want to do is grab a whole heap of variables that a user puts in ie- email, address, phone, name etc. And put them in to a "template" email that will be sent to them and BCC'd to my email address. I know how to put all the variables into place, just after a start on the email side... thanks - paul -
