I think you can use something like this:
$dayids = explode(",", $dayid);
foreach ($dayids as $day ) {
echo $day;
}//foreach
instead of using $echo for $day, do your insert there.

How do I get multiple array values into mysql?
for example:
$dayid = 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6
$timeid = 4
$showid = 2
what that means is that showid 2 airs at timeid 4 on dayid of 1, 2, 3,
4, 5, 6
How do I say if $dayid has more than 1 value, enter a new row in the db
for
each $dayid???
