You're "preview" page will need to copy the temp uploaded file somewhere
and display it for approval. If approved, the third part of your script
would copy the image to the "official" directory (or whatever). You
would simply need to pass the file name/path from the second to the
third page.
You'll also need a "cleanup" system that'll delete old images out of the
"preview" directory in case people leave without canceling the upload.
