Problems with PHP and IMAP support.

I am using a Redhat 6.2 system and I am trying to get a php module with
IMAP support so I can install twig.
After the module is compiled and I get it installed, it barfs when I try
to start httpd.
This is the message I get:
Cannot load /etc/httpd/modules/libphp4.so into server:
/etc/httpd/modules/libphp4.so: undefined symbol: gss_mech_krb5
I think I may be compiling it wrong.
I get this message with php3 or 4.
What am I doing wrong?
