Page Tracking - Newbie Question

Hello all - this may not be a php question, i may need javascript to do this? Is there a quick and easy way to track page history using php? I have a form that user puts a number into and that number is passed to the next form which contains a subset of client details. The clients name is a hyperlink that takes the user to the full details of a particular client. When this page is closed i want to take the user back to the result of there first search. Is there any easy way of doing this without them using the back button on their browser? Thanks for any help in advance __________________________________________________ Yahoo!
