I'm working to setup a basic form to take the INPUT of the user's email
address and document they want to fax via HylaFax.
There seems to be a problem with the PHP script capturing the passed email
address and document.
I'm not very proficient in PHP so I'm hoping someone can help and point me in
the right direction.
Attached are the two relevent files index.php and sendfax.php. The sendfax.php
was developed by my employer's web developer. He hasn't been able to figure
out the problem. I'm new to PHP and thus am needing help with the issue.
