I have a fresh php 4.3.1 and iis 5.1 install, and I have this strange bug:
when i load up a page, php doesnt recognise variables. This isn't the first
time it happened and I have a friend this has hapened to also. I am sorry if
I posted this on the wrong group, but if you can help, please do..
