Form With Array

Hi EveryOne.. How to Print "text Form" In array.. I have Generatable "Textbox" which i have been manipulated it w/ jcript by InnerHTML.. blabla.. <input type="text" name="mytext"> I used php to print Textbox In array $a = array($mytext); $i = 0;

      foreach($a as $v){
              print "\$a[$i] => $v.\n";
              $i++;
      } 

I want to get Output like this below $a[0] => 1. $a[1] => 2. but i got the output just the last textbox which i have been added... $a[0] => 2. How To Do Array Here.., Help Please
