Hi,
Is there any function which can convert an UTF-8 char to UTF-16 format?
for example:
UTF-8: E6 B8 AC => UTF-16: 6E2C (Decimal: 28204)
test it from:
http://www.unicode.org/cgi-bin/GetUnihanData.pl?codepoint=6E2C
But I don't know how it goes...
