Good php application install script?

Does anyone know of a good example of an install
script for a php/mysql application?
Something that you go to install.php and it walks you
through the install. From config setup, database
setup, maybe the ability to select an option or two to
be activated (checkboxes or drop-down) in the
application.
Something along those lines. Thanks for any examples
or pointers!
