Nasdaq has a spiffy XML feature you can use. Read up on the XML
functionality with PHP and check the following link:
http://quotes.nasdaq.com/quote.dll?page=xml&mode=stock&symbol=RHAT
and you can put any ticker you want in for the symbol and you get a really
nice XML document with all the info you everwanted on a stock!

do you know of any script that (legally) outputs NASDAQ quotes in
pseudo-real time (Nasdaq itself is 15 minutes delayed )
or
do you know of any site that gives NASDAQ or NYSE data for free to third
