decode MIME from MySQL field

I found this great script that allows me to send an email to a MySQL record
(thanks guys!) and now need to translate the body of the message with
contains characters I assume were created and are translated through email
such as in the following:
Work Requirements: Full-Time, Part-Time, Employee, Contractor, =
Temporary
Education: Master's Degree
Work Status: US I am authorized to work in this country for any =
employer.
=20
How can I display this without those codes from the database?
