Linux:
Compile it just like you did for Module, only without --with-apache/--with-apxs
AddType application/x-http-phpcgi phpcgi
Action application/x-http-phpcgi /path/to/new/binary/php
Windows... For Apache, I think you need to use the Script and AddType and
Action instead of just AddType and Action. For IIS... I dunno really.
