Ok, the saga continues...
Scott, Robbert, thanks for your previous help. I have made a couple test
scripts.
test.php
<?
session_start ();
$_SESSION['burp'] = "julio";
echo '
<form action=test2.php>
<input type=submit value=submit>
</form>
';
foreach ($GLOBALS as $name => $value) {
echo "$name => $value<br>";
}
?>
test2.php
<?
session_start();
foreach ($GLOBALS as $name => $value) {
echo "$name => $value<br>";
}
?>
This works just fine with these scripts. I am going back to the drawing
board with other scripts. I also tried -
<?
session_start ();
$name = "julio";
session_register('name');
echo '
<form action=test2.php>
<input type=submit value=submit>
</form>
';
foreach ($GLOBALS as $name => $value) {
echo "$name => $value<br>";
}
?>
- for test.php, but this did not start any sessions what-so-ever. Maybe I
have the syntax wrong, who knows.
Anyway, thanks for your help and direction, I made some adjustments to my
code already, and its starting to work the way I want it. I will keep you
posted.
