Thanks for the reply Paul.
What i am looking for is some concrete information which can help decide the
Apache Version to use with PHP 4.3.1 on production server. Red Hat 8 comes
default with RedHat httpd-2.0.40-11.3 and glibc-2.3.2-4.80.6. Could there
be some compatibility issue with downgrading Apache 1.3.27 on RedHat 8
(planning to install from source). Has there been any instances of Apache
1.3.27 misbehaving with newer glibc on RH8 ?
Thanks and Regards,
Nikunj Virani
