Is there a way of finding out if a file is readable and writable by PHP? I have trouble with files
that are read/writable by some users, meanwhile they're owned and grouped by root and so PHP
itself can't touch them.
I really hope this makes sense. It's close to 3am here. Apologies if I'm not clear.
