Gallery
(http://gallery.menalto.com/modules.php?op=modload&name=News&file=index) is
a great program that I've used before. Produces very good thumbnail images.
It uses the file system instead of MySQL so if you have many, many pictures
in the same 'album' it can get slow. Other than that, it's features are
great.
