Build/Configuration/Shopping Cart Scripts....

Hey.... We're looking for a web based app/script that could be used as a front end for configuring systems. As an example we'd like to be able to let users define/select the items that they want for building a system. The app would also have to have an admin function to allow users to add/delete/modify items...etc.... Basically, there's a situation where some guys are going to be dealing with used equipment/recycling. They're looking for some type of quick/dirty web based application that can be used to fully identify the computer and any items/components inside the box. Yeah.. I know it sounds like a basic Shoping Cart type of solution. We took a quick look at SourceForge/Freshmeat/etc... but nothing really jumped out..... Any suggestions.... Thanks for any assistance.
