I just looked at my welcome email, and there is not. That is why sometimes
people need a gentle reminder about how to properly post questions. Some
things (like not using descriptive subjects) make the list very hard to
follow and are therefore a very poor practice.
There have been many discussions regarding a how-to and the welcome email,
it probably pops up every couple of weeks. I am very tired and do not want
to rehash something that has been discussed ad nauseum, search the archive
if you are interested in what people have said on the subject.
