Could be because there is a solar eclipse somewhere???? If your going to ask a question, at least give details that matter. Asking a question like: Why isn't the sun shining?? Leaves endless possibilities as to why you can't see the sun. Is there a blanket over your head? Is it night time???.. Just give relevant details....
