Hi!
I know that this is not the windows mailing list, but because I think my
problem has nothing to do with the servers i am using, I am asking for help
here too.
I want to use sessions, but I have the following problem. I tested my script
at home (Win98SE with Apache and PHP4RC2) and everything was alright. When I
tried to put that script on the server at work, the server replies with
nothing. It executes the script but NOTHING is send back to the client. I
couldn't believe it, so I tested it again using telnet (GET /session.php
HTTP/1.0), but the same again, the server send back nothing, not even the
HTTP/1.0 OK message or something like that. The server ( WinNT5 with IIS5
and PHPRC2 ISAPI Module) has the same php.ini file I am using at home, the
path for the session file is also correct and PHP has the right to write
there. What could be wrong?
This is the simple script I used to test sessions:
<script language="PHP">
session_start;
session_register("count");
echo $count++;
</script>
Please help me, this is very important...
