Hi
I want to compile PHP as a standalone binary on Windows 98, what do I
need? Can I get compiler, C-library and necessary includes without
buying anything?
Do I get threads on 98, or do I need NT then?
Sorry for my ignorance, I'm not normally a Windows user. I'm asking
because I'm writing some code for PHP, and want to make sure it's
portable.
