Using variables through a lots of pages.

I have a members section. When a member logs in, all there information is
grabbed from a database. How can I make it so that on every page that I make
i can use any of the variables from the database without declaring or
checking if the user exsists everytime.
Basically how could I create a personalized members section, without using
cookies.
