Hi!
As I am trying to recompile my PHP3.0.15 rpm packages with
--enable-versioning and I am experiencing problems with the
additional (external) php-modules (or extensions).
The package builds without --enable-versioning perfectly.
Also the modules, which are compiled with the following commands are
loaded and can be used!
gcc -shared -fPIC -DCOMPILE_DL=1 -I. -I/usr/include/apache \
-I/usr/include/mysql -o mysql.so \
./functions/mysql.c -L/usr/lib/mysql -lmysqlclient -lc
Now, when I just add the "--enable-versioning" option to configure and
try to compile the package building of the package works.
Also PHP loads into apache, but the extensions (for example the one from
above) does NOT load - e.g phpinfo() does not show the module as loaded!
How can I compile these extensions to load into php3?
Any idea is apreciated!
Ciao,
