iptc and iptcparse

hi,
I want to use the iptc information in a jpg file and when I use
iptcparse I get these information:

Can someone tell me what this 2#000 ... 2#116 means.
From the information I put in the file I know that 2#116 must be the
copyright. where can I find tabel for the translation of these numbers.
