Hi,
has anybody ever developed a layer for a database to save objects directly
to a database?
Assume you have an object and you can say "object->writeToDB().
I think you would have to write a class providing these methods an you
derive your classes from these class. The class name is mapped to the table
name, the attribute names are the column names and so on.
I've seen such a thing for JAVA. Is there something like this for PHP4? I
don't have the time to write it by myself.
