Anyone see anything wrong with this line of code?

I keep getting:
Query failed: You have an error in your SQL syntax near '' at line 1 Query
was: 1064 exiting.
I checked the column count a number of times. Everything is fine there. Not
that it would matter as much since i am specifying it. :\
