cookie problems

its hard to explain but i'll do the beat that i can i have a site juneandstorm.com. i wish to have user login and then have the site store their data i na cookie.....i have the login written and the cookie script written - somewhat...... in IE the following works fine... 28: if (isset ($juneandstorm)) {
