First, I'd take that URL off your site - it's a bit of a potential
security breach :-)
You seem to be using NT as your platform - for various versions of
Windows there is an ftp package called WS-FTP which is available as free
software in certain circumstances - it supports the chmod command so
providing you 'own' the relevant directory, you should be able to make
the necessay permission changes. WS-FTP is at www.ipswitch.com
Doubtless other ftp clients can do this, too.
