Hi,
i have some problems with chinese language encoding in php-files and IE.
I'd like to display chinese characters on my website and so i added the meta tag for the
chinese language... When i open the webpage the browser correctly switches to chinese encoding and
displays the characters... But when there is any php code inside the webpage the browser does not
switch anymore... I have to do this manually...
Can anybody please help me...
