The docs at http://www.php.net/manual/function.mail.php
show, in example 2,
how to add extra headers etc using the fourth argument to mail(). You can
extend this by simply adding
Cc: name@some.domain
to any value you use in the fourth argument. Note that the values need to
be separated by a newline
