Hi all,
Could anyone tell me how to edit the result after select join statement? I
have a simple example query below, how could I update specific row?
Company table
C_ID Company Name Phone
1 ABC 123-456-7890
2 XYZ 111-111-1111
Employee table
E_ID Employee Name C_ID(FK)
1 John Smith 1
2 Julie Foster 2
Here is the query,
Select * from Company, Employee where C_ID="1";
The result would be:
C_ID ABC 123-456-7890 E_ID John Smith
Let say I have more rows in the result and bigger table than the example,
and I find out the phone number of John Smith is wrong after some
complicated join query, can I just edit that row on result, how could I do
it? Please help, thanks in advance!
