I'm generating a lot of seemingly random segmentation
faults using ext/java on PHP4.0.2/Apache 1.3.12/
Linux/IBM-JDK-118.
My PHP4 file is calling a java object which queries
the database, then returns either a String or an
array of Strings to PHP. However, it appears
that somewhere along the line there's some kind of
memory corruption and I get a stack trace in apache's
error_log.
Has anyone else encountered this? I can't isolate it
very much, because it crashes inconsistently....
Does it have to do with using the IBM JDK (native threads,
maybe?), or is it a problem with ext/java?
Thanks,
-Mike
