I do it like this:
Set all input-field-values to something like:
<INPUT TYPE="TEXT" NAME="Country" VALUE="<!--COUNTRY-->">
The first time the form is called, replace all <!--...--> with an empty
string.
The next time the form is called, make every field you got to <!--...-->
(Country becoms <!--Country-->) and replace it with the value of the
field.
