Hi all,
Any one know what is happening here.
The manual says it returns the changed value, It dosen't say anything about
actually changing the value. I'm using php 4.0.0
Given:
<?php
$bob="Hello%20World";
echo "bob=$bob<br>\n";
echo "stuff=" . addslashes(rawurldecode($bob)) ."<br>\n";
echo "bob=$bob<br>\n";
?>
Produces:
bob=Hello%20World<br>
stuff=Hello World<br>
bob=Hello World^@d<br>
Where ^@ an unprintable null character. ascii value zero.
Any ideas?
Cheers,
David.
