Script Help

I am installing a new message board system for my website, I can get it to run, but when I want to log in as admin, or register a new user on the board I get the following error ERROR! Nothing specified! This is the url of the register script http://www.mywebsite.com/forum/member.php?Action=Register The script did create the table like it was supposed to, but for some reason I can not log on as admin to change things in the database, yet it is connecting to the database Rod
