Undined function

Hi,
I am using NT4 + IIS4 + PHP3, but when I use mysql_connect() function,
it return error: undefined function:mysql_connect(),
why, I have checked php3.ini, I have uncomment the "php3_mysql.dll" and
specified "extension_dir" to the dir where php3 installed. But remain the same error.
I can use dl("php3_mysql.dll") load DLL successfully!!!
Any help!
