PHP Interview questions

Hello All, I am in the process of hiring someone that needs to have extensive PHP and MySQL experience. Does anyone have any suggestions for interview questions? I have no PHP or MySQL experience, and come from a non-technical background. I want the questions to be technical, but I am unsusre as to how specific I should get with the questionning! Thanks for any help, Mike P.S - Replies can be sent directly to this address if seen as more apporpriate, as oppposed to sending it to the whole list. _________________________________________________________________ MSN 8 with e-mail virus protection service: 2 months FREE* http://join.msn.com/?page=features/virus
