unfortunately very few of us on this mailling list seem to have a crystal
ball, maybe try the php gypsies mailing list
so you're gonna need to re-post with a great more detail, and even tid bits
of code.

Subject: [PHP] Connecting client to server
I created a TCP/IP server exactly the same as in the PHP manual and I'm able
to connect with telnet no problem.
I created the simple HTTP client exactly the same as in the PHP manual and I
can connect to Apache no problem. But when I change the port and try to
connect to my server (as specified in the PHP manual), the client hangs. I
suspect a protocal problem but I'm no expert. Can anyone help?
Thanks in advance.
