Yes, you can.
<form action="/blah.php?foo=1" method="post">
<input type="hidden" name="bar" value="2">
<input type="submit">
The script blah.php can reference $_GET['foo'] and $_POST['bar']. The values of
these variables will be 1 and 2, respectively.
Please keep in mind that this is a PHP list...
