Hi i'm Marco and write from Firenze (Italy). In the our linux server we
have successfully compiled apache1.3.12 with the mysql3.22.22 and with
php3.0.16.
Whe have also choose to compile apache with the DSO support. The problem is
the very high size of httpd (deamon) (~ 1,7 Mbyte) .
Without php the size of httpd is ~0,8 Mbyte.
I have an other question: Why if we compile apache with DSO support
(Dynamic shared library) the size of httpd is greater than standard
compilation (without DSO support)?
