I believe that if you take out the subscripts from the names in the form it will work right. For example, in this code... <input name="first"> <input name="first"> When it gets to the php it will (probably) create an array $first with $first[0] being the first one and $first[1] being the second one. I'm not going to test this, I'm just going by my vague memory. I apologize if this isn't the right answer, but it's prolly worth a shot. John

                <input name="second[1].....

This receive easy the data of the fields. But i can get the name of the field. I want to generate an e-mail like this:

                    Data receive from the web page:

                    Name :  Pepito Flores
                    Address : lsdjfalkdfjaldk
                    City : Pamplona
                    ......

                    The values of name, addres and city i would like to

obtain from the form. Can anyone help me. Thanks.
