I guess that you are running the ISAPI version of PHP. If so, change the
server configuration so that it uses the cgi version (ie php.exe).
The ISAPI version is really still only at development strength and does not
currently hold up to the rigours of production use.
The cgi version, on the other hand, is rock solid.
