Hello list,
I try to use fileower function on php 4.3.2 + Apache 2.047+ Xp pro system.
this function doesn't seem to work : for each existing files, function always returns 0.
documentation doesn't notice some bugs on Windows OS, and I would share your experience about your use on these OS.
