Hi, i have the same problem.. If you are using 4.3.2 or 4.3.3 version of
php, go to http://ftp.proventum.net/pub/php/win32/misc/openssl/
and
download files. There is php4ts.dll in c:\php and replace it with this.
There should be worked..
