I'm not an expert, but here's a possible solution
$MyRealm = uniqid("MyRealm");
Header("WWW-Authenticate: Basic realm=\"$MyRealm\"");
Once logged in the $PHP_AUTH_USER should be set until the browser closes.
But on the next visit the realm should be different.
