Unable to connect to MSSQL server if user is non-admin

Setup: Windows 2000 Microsoft SQL Server 2000 PHP 4.3.3 IIS 5 AdoDB On my IIS server, I set it to reject anonymous logins (I need to eventually get the NT login names). I am able to run PHP scripts on the defined site (it can run a phpinfo() script). On another computer, I try to access the page that reads from the database. If I logon on the remote pc as using the username of the database admin, I my script runs fine.
